Terms & Conditions for Myoko Apartments

The terms and conditions for Myoko Apartments are detailed below.

Prices

All prices appear via our direct booking site (or quoted if booking via email) in Japanese Yen and include consumption tax.

Reservations

Your requested booking is not confirmed until the full amount has been paid. Full payment is required in Japanese ¥ only. Please note that all bank fees are your responsibility. Credit card payment incurs a 3.6% fee. Please contact us if you want to pay via Wise or bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy

Your payment is non-refundable but in the event of an emergency or similar unavoidable circumstance, your payment may be credited towards a future booking – note, this is only applicable if cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival. Any cancellation after this time will not be credited towards a future booking.

Car Hire and Parking at Myoko Apartments

Parking is free. We strongly advise that guests hire a car from Myoko, Nagano or Joetsumyoko Station rather than Tokyo as this will ensure no hidden costs relating to not having winter tyres included and that your insurance covers snow conditions. TRANSFERS ARE NOT INCLUDED. NOTE: To drive in Japan, you must have a valid International Drivers’ Permit. Please reach out if you would like help hiring a car. All guests have free car parking space directly in front of the building.
